My item arrived damaged or defective, what do I do?
Please contact us within 3 days of receiving your item if it is damaged or defective. We work tirelessly to ensure top quality but understand things can happen. Send a photo of the damaged product along with a picture of the shipping label to our email address: starlightcandlecompany01@gmail.com. We will respond within 24 hours.
My tracking status says my package has been delivered but I don't have it. Can I get a replacement?
If you still do not have a package within 24-48 hrs of the status saying "delivered" please refer to USPS to file a claim for your lost or stolen package. Starlight Candle Company is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages.
Do you offer custom candles or wholesale options?

What are your processing times?
All orders will be shipped out in the order that they are received. I am a small business and hand-pour every candle and wax melt, so my typical processing time is 3-5 business days.
Do you offer free-shipping?
I do offer free shipping for all orders over $75.00, no coupon code needed! At this time, I only ship within the US.
What are your candles made of?
I use all-natural vegan soy wax made with USA-grown soy beans! The wicks are made from zinc-free cotton with interwoven paper threads. All of the fragrance oils are Phthalate-Free, and contain no known or suspected carcinogens, mutagens, reproductive toxins, organ toxins, or acute toxins. Each fragrance is formulated for a strong hot, and cold scent throw!
What is the best way to take care of my candle?
1. Never leave a burning candle unattended, and please keep candles away from children and pets.
2. Always keep wicks trimmed to 1/4 of an inch. This ensures your candle will not smoke or burn too quickly.
3. Stop burning candles once the wax reaches 1/4 of an inch from the bottom of a container. Candles burned too low may cause damage to the containers or the surfaces they rest on.
4. Soy wax has a 'memory', which means that it remembers how it was burned before. Because of this, it is important to allow the melt pool to reach the sides of the container each time it is burned. Otherwise, tunneling will occur, and you will miss out on part of your candle!
What is the burn time of your candles?
The 16oz candles burn for approximately 70-90 hours. Using a candle warmer can extend this burn time!
What is your policy on generative AI?
I do not use any form of generative AI, nor will I work with anyone who use generative AI in their work.
What is your privacy policy?
Starlight Candle Company is committed to the complete privacy and security of your shopping experience. No outside firm or entity will be able to view your account information, your purchasing history, or your credit card number. Your personal information will not be sold, and you can close your account at any time.
